Fabric Stash Report-ish

I let my daughter help me unwrap my presents this year; she wasn't very impressed and certainly seemed puzzled by the Kate Spain Fat Quarter Pack I received!  Some parts are certainly gonna make it into a few of my projects this next year!  I have to admit that I gave myself a few minutes to fondle the fabric, take a quick picture, before I started the washer to get them incorporated into my stash!  I think this process will really work for me.

You probably have noticed that I have not really been doing so well keeping track and recording my subtractions and additions the latter half of this year.  I am sure I could probably go back and figure out most of the numbers though in the end I just don't know.  I pretty much fell apart after we lost the twins a couple of months ago.  Although I can't promise that I will not purchase any fabric over 2014, after all my birthday is in march and I have plans for a certain fabric line for my birthday, I'm not gonna lie.  However, I am promising to make my stash work as much as I can.  I promise to be innovative in using what I have on hand.  Having all of my fabric right in front of my face really helps, so that is the first step, getting all my fabric finally in one spot!

Well I am off to work on Clue #2 & #5 in Bonnie Hunter's Celtic Solstice Mystery!  I am also working on my projects for the Kona Solids Blog Hop that starts up in a Little over a week and I am sharing on day one this time!!  I have one flimsy completed and the second is quite close now.  I am not sure that I will get them both sandwiched, quilted and bound, but I will have something to share atleast!

Shanna
